TERMS OF SERVICE ikarus.organics — Effective 2026
01 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ikarus.Organics website at ikarusorganics.com.au and placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or purchase our products.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of ikarusorganics.com.au.
02 — About Us
Ikarus.Organics is an Australian cosmetic brand based in Perth, Western Australia. We manufacture and sell premium hair and grooming products.

03 — Products
All Ikarus.Organics products are cosmetic products only. Nothing on our website, packaging, social media or any other brand communication constitutes a therapeutic claim, medical advice or treatment recommendation. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease.
Results may vary between individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change product formulations, packaging or descriptions at any time without notice.
04 — Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
In the event of a pricing error on our website we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We will notify you promptly if this occurs. We are under no obligation to honour incorrectly priced orders.
05 — Orders
By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse or error.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer or household.
06 — Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.
All transactions are processed securely. Ikarus.Organics does not store your payment information.
07 — Shipping
We ship worldwide via Sendle to all countries that can receive shipments from Australia and are not subject to active conflict or trade restrictions. Shipping availability is subject to change without notice.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ikarus.Organics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. We recommend selecting tracked shipping options where available.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees for international orders are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.
08 — Customer Accounts
You may checkout as a guest or create an account on ikarusorganics.com.au.
If you create an account you are responsible for:
— Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — All activity that occurs under your account — Notifying us immediately at ikarusorganics@gmail.com of any unauthorised account access
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.
09 — Subscription Service
Ikarus.Organics offers an optional subscription service for recurring product deliveries.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the frequency selected at checkout using your nominated payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account dashboard or by contacting ikarusorganics@gmail.com. Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect from the following cycle.
Pausing: Subscriptions may be paused for up to 3 months through your account dashboard.
Pricing: Subscription pricing is locked at the rate at time of sign-up. We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to your registered email address.
Skipping: You may skip an upcoming delivery through your account dashboard before your next billing date.
Failed payments: If a subscription payment fails we will attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If payment continues to fail your subscription will be paused until payment details are updated.
10 — Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns and Refund Policy available at ikarusorganics.com.au. The Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
11 — Intellectual Property
All content on ikarusorganics.com.au and associated with the Ikarus.Organics brand is protected by intellectual property law including but not limited to:
— The brand name [ikarus.organics] and all associated trademarks — The Ikarus brand mythology and all written brand copy — The Icarus illustration and all visual brand assets — Packaging design including the drawer box, label design and all associated artwork — Photography, videography and all digital content produced by or for Ikarus.Organics
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish or use any Ikarus.Organics intellectual property for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without prior written permission from Ikarus.Organics.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
12 — User Generated Content
By tagging, mentioning or featuring Ikarus.Organics on any social media platform or submitting content to us directly you grant Ikarus.Organics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, distribute and display that content across our marketing channels including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, our website and email marketing.
We will always credit the original creator where possible. You retain ownership of your content.
If you do not wish your content to be used by Ikarus.Organics please notify us at ikarusorganics@gmail.com and we will remove it promptly.
13 — Disclaimer of Warranties
Ikarus.Organics provides its products and website on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we make no warranties express or implied regarding:
— The suitability of our products for your specific hair or skin type — Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website — The accuracy or completeness of any information on our website
14 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Ikarus.Organics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
15 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
If you are located outside Australia your local consumer protection laws may also apply.
16 — Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
